In today’s competitive world no one can succeed without proper communication. Communication is important for expressing your views, acting and achieving your task. If we want to get a particular work to be done, we cannot achieve it unless we communicate our intentions clearly. We have to make sure that we have passed on the message that we actually want to. There are chances where we might be expressing one idea and the person at the receiving end has understood it in a totally different way. To avoid this, we have to lay importance on feedback to make sure that the message sent is for the intended purpose and not anything else. It’s not just the communication from our side that matters. What matters the most is that the people who are communicating can understand each other in the same way so that there is no confusion. Communication takes different forms. It could be oral or written. It could be expressed in a way that reaches the receiver with proper clarity. Communication should be active and thought provoking so that the message is sent with a motivating factor in it.
