Relaxation Techniques.


With the pressure that we all face today, we have to segregate time to relax ourselves for sometime so that we can be better off. There are many relaxation techniques and this might be more helpful for those with sleeping problems and other issues. One of the best ways to relax is to do it progressively. Lie on your back and feel your weight and the entire body. Close your eyes and try not to think about the work. Just think of nothing and think about your feet, toes and other parts of your body. Take deep breaths for sometime. Inhale air slowly and take it to your lungs and chest. Hold it for a second or two and then easily let it out very slowly. If you are not able to concentrate, switch on light music or tune and lie down. Imagine yourself to be in a place which will give you warmth. It may be an ocean or a park or garden or anything else. Try to feel the warm breezy air in the environment and keep breathing. Continue feeling the air you breathe which will take you to sleep automatically.
