Anger.


One of the worst and the powerful emotion that we all express is anger. Most of us consider that to be a negative and a pessimistic emotion but it is actually not. Anger urges you to achieve your tasks in one way but it can also lead you to ruin yourself in an other way. We have to get angry for the right reasons which will lead us to a good way ahead. Getting angry when you fail on your long awaited objective is not wrong. But too much anger tends to ruin us. Anger should only be up to a level which can take us to success. If it’s beyond that level then it will make us fall from a big height. When we get angry, some of us don’t know what we are doing at that moment and we tend to do harmful things at that point without really knowing if what we are doing is right. We should know how to control our anger. We have to keep it in our minds to that level which will make us work better on that issue in which we failed earlier. Angry attitude should be viewed as a positive emotion to take us to success. But if it persists more than what we required and if it stays for the wrong reason then we should necessarily take steps to avoid it for our own good.
