We all do have our own issues in surviving. We all have huge work pressures and stress which we have to overcome because it might be of a serious trouble if we don’t let it go. Stress is nothing but the failure of a living being to respond appropriately to the physical and emotional threats. Some symptoms are irritation, loss of concentration, headache, accelerated heart rate, etc. stress does have a huge impact on the health of a person. The symptoms faced will deteriorate the strength and power of the person facing stress if it is not taken care of properly. There are many ways to avoid stress. Meditation is one of the best ways to restore the health that is lost through stress. While meditating, try not to divert the concentration on anything else apart from relaxing your mind and body. Listening to light music from time to time, breathing fresh air and taking a walk will all help in avoiding the stress. Stress is not a simple thing. The most extreme events and reactions may show post traumatic stress disorder which is a kind of anxiety disorder after facing one or more terrifying events giving physical harm. One should know the extent to which our body can take the pressure and act accordingly. There is no point in doing something which will give a grave danger to our health.
